Fresh grape leaves are sourced near the vineyards in Xinjiang. Incoming leaves are checked for size, tenderness, color and integrity before primary processing, helping protect the consistency of the raw material from the beginning.

Selected leaves are arranged in food-grade barrels and preserved in controlled brine soon after harvest. Early preservation near the growing area helps maintain leaf usability for later grading and packing.

At the Hebei factory, bulk leaves are washed, separated, manually graded, portioned, weighed, filled with brine, closed, labeled and packed according to the confirmed buyer specification.
Our working model is designed for importers, wholesalers, supermarkets, foodservice distributors, restaurant chains and private-label programs.
Process-based quality control covers leaf appearance and integrity, portion weight, net and drained weight, brine parameters, packing condition and final shipment checks against the confirmed contract.
Retail glass jars, tin cans and foodservice pails support different channels. Label adaptation, pack selection and private-label coordination can be discussed against the buyer's target market and order volume.
